Follow up money issues where they have been part of the referral

If a referring agency has suggested the family would benefit from help with money issues this can make it easier to raise money issues, even if the family don’t bring them up. For example you could say:

‘X said in their referral that you had some financial issues. Could you tell me a bit about what they were hoping we could help with?’
